Off Season Conditioning
 Off season Conditioning will start Oct 3. It will be from 3:30-4:30. Please meet in the back of the gym at 3:15.
Physicals
Please get a VHSL sports physical ASAP. A student athlete can not participate in offseason open play without a physical. This is a new rule as a result of year round coaching. Off season conditioning will start in October. Please check the Fredericksburg Field House website for the upcoming opportunities to play in the JV and Varsity leagues.
